Healthy and fast option from avocado
- ripe avocado 1 pc
- cocoa 1-2 tsp
- honey/syrup 1-2 tbsp
- milk 2 tbsp
- bread for spread 4-5 pc
- berries/roasted nuts for serving
- Clean avocado and grind all the ingredients together.
- Spread the bread by avocado dessert, sprinkle by roasted nuts and enjoy!
You can use any kind of milk, sweetener or bread.
The riper the avocado, the softer and creamier the dessert.
You can save this dessert in a refrigerator about 3 days but it much more better tastes when fresh.
