Speaking about me, I have a lot of things I've tried to do, frequently new ideas are coming to me and eventually leaving the mark in my life.
To keep things short - everything I've tried before sooner or later brought me to the kitchen/cooking/recipes stuff. From the school years and up until today, when I'm already an adult - I had always dreamed that I would become some business-woman, but not today.
So, as for today - I'm sitting right now and filling this website with content with the hope that these recipes would become handy to you, as I've shared them already in my Instagram blog and has been constantly using them in life to make husband and our friends happy when they are visiting us.
Every each of recipes here - is like a small part of my life, which associated with some morning, when I was cooking it, or some event - when I was making it for some celebration, or just with particular state of mind which I had while cooking it.
Why I've decided to share?
The answer is pretty simple: each of these recipes are tested with the time and everybody who will try it will definitely appreciate you.
Why I'm so sure about it?
I'll repeat myself: I'm in love with kitchen & cooking for a long time.
In 2017 after getting married I've started to look into various ideas to cook something interesting and healthy, but I was always lacking knowledge, experience, and trusted recipes (most of the recipes I've found at that time were not 100% right - the final dish compared to the image on the recipe was like expectation/reality). So after a while I've stepped out from cooking and dived into desserts for about 2 years. I've attended to various master classes, practiced a lot, created desserts to order, was constantly tied to the oven, dates up until I've burned out. So then I've decided to reformat my main activity yet again to cooking blog in Instagram, where I could share what I've learned so far while working on desserts and other dishes.
I'm still posting into Instagram from time to time different recipes or life hacks and thanks to my audience there, the people who asked me a lot of questions and were interested in various moments and processes in cooking - I was "forced" to learn more, improve my skills and share my achievements. This blog has led me firstly to a master class of one of the most biggest and popular TV channel of Ukraine (and inspired me for a lot of ideas) and then, eventually to an internship in big restaurants in Kyiv.
While working in the restaurant I've discovered how it's hard to work on the kitchen and turned upside down my perception of this field. I've worked there on the hot process in mostly men team, and also in cold process - where it was mostly women. And then the war has started..
We had a lot of plans but now - it is what it is.
As for today (Feb 2023) I'm working in small bakery in another continent - in USA.
Every change of work is a new experience, new knowledge and new people.
As they say - "With the world on a thread" - that's how and why I'm constantly spinning in this field.
As soon as the new ideas comes to me and I can share them - I'll post them here so you can pleasantly surprise your loved ones.
