Avocado cake avocado bread
Аn incredibly tender, balanced, easy-to-prepare avocado cake (bread). It will be a great addition to your dessert table.

Ingredients
  • avocado 2 pc
  • sugar/sweetener/powdered sugar 100 g
  • eggs 3 pc
  • lemon juice few drops
  • vanilla extract ½ tsp
  • flour 200 g
  • baking powder 1.5 tsp
  • pinch of salt
  • almond flakes for serving/if desire
Instructions
  1. Clean avocados from skin and bones
  2. Add to cleaned avocados sweetener, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla extract - mix by immersion blender until smooth
  3. Add other dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt - carefully mix all together by whisk
  4. Transfer this mass to the silicon/metal mold for baking
  5. Sprinkle almonds flakes on top
  6. Bake in preheated to 180/350 degrees oven about 40-50 min until ready
  7. Сool the ready cake on a wire rack
  8. Сut into portions and serve with any nuts paste - that's sooooo delicious
Notes

The riper the avocado, the testier will be your cake.

You can use any of sweetener to taste as you wish.

(I've used sugar powder, it was pretty enough for me)

Eggs should be room temperature.

Dough consistency should be like roughly thick sour cream.
