Tortilla breakfast with cheese and omelet tasty and nutritious
Absolutely available ingredients, minimum effort and maximum pleasure in just 15 min. Let's cook.

  • tomato ½-1 pc
  • pesto sauce 50-75 g
  • eggs 3 pc
  • green to taste
  • mozzarella cheese (for pizza, shredded) 75-100 g
  • tortilla 1-2 pc
  • oil for frying

  1. Cut tomato into thin slices
  2. Mix eggs by whisk until smooth
  3. Finely chop the greens
  4. Spread the frying pan by oil, lay out thin slices of tomatoes and cover each slice with pesto sauce
  5. Pour all this with egg mass, add chopped green and shredded cheese
  6. Сover the top with a tortilla and cook for 5-7 min on low heat until the omelette is ready and the cheese melts
  7. Fold the tortilla in half and fry until crispy for a few seconds on each side
  8. Serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce...or without anything, because it's soooo delicious.

To make the egg mass tastier, you should add 20-30 ml of milk/cream.

You can use any hard cheese, not necessarily mozzarella.
